RETURNS POLICY

Hassan Mansour International Company will accept exchanges and refunds to their valuable customers. All items return must be unworn, unaltered, and free of damages.

Please note that with all exchanges, the invoice must be present as well as the original tag / ticket on the item.

As per Kuwait law, any personal items can not be refunded such as hosieries and undergarments.

All refunds and exchanges are allowed up to 15 days as per Kuwait law.
